ASBO's dont seem to work anyway so may as well get rid of them really. They're just a joke to some people

ASBO's have become a bit of a status symbol.........................youngsters brag about having them, so obviously they're not doing the job they were designed to do. I never had any confidence in them doing any good anyway.......................A damn good hiding some of the young a**holes are needing. We could do with going back to the days when the local bobby thought nothing of clipping a lad round the ear and the lad wouldn't dare go home and tell his parents or his dad would give him a hiding. But those days are gone now and the youth of this country don't have any respect for the police or anyone else in positions of authority. I fear for the future of our country.

was always a waste of time. just give em proper punishment right from the start.
